    I’ve been trying to quit smoking for awhile now and have tried everything from meds to the vapes. These work great because it continues to give your hands something to do which is half of my problem I think and it makes you feel like you got some smoke but it’s not and def not near as bad for you It has a little bit of a citrus -y taste to it but it’s not overwhelming at all. I will be using these stretching in between smokes to lengthn to time between smokes to hopefully be able to quit.
