    Quit with Cigtrus
    I have vaped/smoked for about 16 years, only stopping when I was pregnant. I have tried to go cold turkey but that hasn’t been a very successful approach for me. I decided that this time would ABSOLUTELY be my last time and I was going to make it work. I figured out that I need to replace the “pick up a vape” sensation with this aroma stick, as well as wean myself off nicotine with some patches, until I no longer need them. This approach may not work for everyone, but so far it has worked for me. I have been vape free for 1 week now and feel good about my success this time. I plan to be off the patches within about a week as well.

    I’ve tried a few different inhalers trying to quit vaping and this is by far the best.
